Helen Marshall is a British artist whose work is rooted in photography and new media.

She has a track record in socially engaged and participatory practice in the public realm.Her work is held in public and private collections. In 2016 she set up The Peoples Picture, a stand alone platform for her growing portfolio of photo mural work combining thousands of photographs to tell a story, commemorating an important occasion or to bring attention to important social issues.

Helen is the winner of numerous awards including Nikon International Award NPCI Japan and an abundance of exhibitions throughout the UK plus internationally in Indonesia, China, plus North Carolina, and Florida in the USA.

She has produced exhibitions and commissions for the Horniman Museum, BBC Television, Tate Britain, and The Photographers Gallery.
