Glenn Edwards is an award winning photojournalist who has travelled the globe covering assignments for national and international news organisations including The Independent Group. This exhibition explores the African diaspora communities in Wales, the culture, the celebrations, the achievements, and the everyday lives of communities that have made their homes here. An element of the exhibition includes a photo essay between Edwards and British Jamaican photographer Vanley Burke that portrays 1970-90’s Caribbean communities in the Midlands, and present day African communities in Wales creating an interesting dialogue that questions our attitudes towards equality and diversity.

Gallery 1 will be open until 10pm on Friday, from 9am – 8pm on Saturday and from 9am – 7.30pm on Sunday.
